Four years ago today the fifth and sixth Marko Djurdjevic-crafted covers were released. Djurdjevic created covers for the same titles as he did for September and October of 2006. His third BLADE cover depicted the vampire-hunting vampire greeting the viewer with a bouquet of roses. Gaudy red letters in the background proclaim "Love hurts."
For the cover of X-MEN FIRST CLASS #3 Djurdjevic crafts an inventive team shot that utilizes a cleverly convincing visual representation of Professor X's telepathic powers.
16 comics were released by Marvel that day. Only two artists did more than a single cover, Marko Djurdjevic and Mark Brooks.
